Product Description
Lyrical Knits’ 2023 MKAL, Who Ya Gonna Shawl? is an homage to the 80s classic Ghostbusters! There will be knitting, purling, slipping stitches, earthquakes! Volcanos! Dogs and cats living together! Mass Hysteria!

How it works:
- It is a pattern for a generous shawl/wrap/scarf-thingy
- Those purchasing the pattern during the pre-sale period (see below) will receive a planning sheet with gauge and materials info.
- There will be 6 clues for the mkal:
- Clue 1 drops on Feb 24th (first thing in the am EDT), with clues 2-6 releasing on March 3rd, March 10th, March 16th, March 24th, and March 31st.
- As each clue is published, you will receive an update with that Clue (via Ravelry download. Payhip purchasers will be emailed each clue--see the payhip page).
This set includes:
4 skeins BLUEPRINT yarn base.
1 - Winter Morn
1 - Shady Verdant
1 - Butterscotch
1 - Spanish Wine
Blueprint: This superwash fingering weight merino wool, custom-milled exclusively for Hazel Knits, is a lighter weight version of our Artisan Sock. This yarn is perfect for socks and the 20% nylon provides added strength. Blueprint is soft, yet crisp, and with the higher put-up, it is perfect for shawls and other garments / accessories.
- 80% superwash merino, 20% nylon
- 440 yards, 100 grams (skeins put up by yardage, weight may have slight variance.)
Gauge:
Socks: 9 stitches per inch
Accessories and garments: up to 6 stitches per inch. Use appropriate needle size to achieve the gauge and fabric texture needed for your project.
Recommended care:
Hand launder with mild, wool friendly soap in tepid water. Lay flat to dry.
While we recommend hand washing to preserved the color and life of your handmade item, Blueprint may be machine washed on gentle cycle and machine dried at low temperature.
