THIS IS FOR A HARD COPY OF THE PATTERN TO BE SENT VIA MAIL.
Early April in Paris finds the Jardin de Tuileries overflowing with beautiful tulips. These lacy socks are reminiscent of the ruffle edged parrot tulips in that garden. With the openness of the lace pattern, they make for a lovely springtime sock. This pattern works well with both solid and variegated yarns.
This pattern requires approximately 300 yards of fingering weight yarn and sizes US1 and US2 DPN needles (or size needed to get gauge.)
About the Designer, Melissa Goodale:
Mel spends her days in Seattle dreaming up new designs and playing with yarn. Her projects expand to fill the space available. Luckily, this doesn’t seem to bother her loving husband and two sons.
