Product Description

THIS IS FOR A HARD COPY OF THE PATTERN TO BE SENT VIA MAIL.

Psychedelia is a trippy sock with swirling colors and zig-zagging slip stitches. The pattern itself is a simple lace repeat that is easy to follow. Work this in your favorite variegated yarn for a swirling look or your favorite solid and watch the triangles pop.

One size; circumference: 8 inches (20 cm), length: 8.5 inches (21.5 cm)

Directions are given in the pattern to modify the length longer or shorter; the width could be increased by going up a needle size.

These socks are worked cuff down with a heel flap and gusset.

Psychedelia requires 325-350 yards of fingering weight yarn. Hazel Knits recommends: Artisan Sock, Entice MCN, Divine or Piquant Lite, each of which has 400 yards. You can find those yarns here

About the Designer, Melissa Goodale:

Mel spends her days in Seattle dreaming up new designs and playing with yarn. Her projects expand to fill the space available. Luckily, this doesn’t seem to bother her loving husband and two sons.
