Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns will only be accepted on yarn that has it's original label and is still in skein form. Also, returns to Hazel Knits are only valid if the yarn was purchased from the website. If you have purchased Hazel Knits yarn from a different online yarn store or an LYS, please contact that store for assistance.
There is no restocking fee for items returned.
The customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees AND the return shipping fees for the returned item.
