Inspired by the carlina thistle, which is thought to bring good luck to the Basque people of Spain, this eye-catching sock features a graphic thistle-like lace panel. Surrounded by 3x2 ribbing that ensures a good fit, the lace is approachable for beginners, yet still interesting for more experienced knitters. Carlina's striking good looks make it one pattern you'll want to knit again and again.

Carlina is cuff-down construction and is designed for S, M, or L.

Carlina uses approximately 375 yards of fingering weight yarn (for the largest size) and a set of US size 2 needles (or correct needle for your gauge) that are designed to knit in the round (DPN's, or circulars for magic loop.)

There is no expiration date to return to the store to download the pattern, however PLEASE NOTE - you have two attempts to download. If you have difficulties, please contact us for assistance. Once you have retrieved the pattern, please SAVE it to your computer for future reference. The Hazel Knits website does not provide an online storage library, so it is important that you save it to your own digital files.
